Shipping Method & Rates
All orders from Couleurnature.com are processed between 9am and 4pm (PST) Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will usually be shipped within 24 hours.
All items are shipped via United Parcel Service. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.
If a product is out-of-stock, you will be notified. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped.
We do not ship on holidays.
A physical address is required for shipping.
