Return Policy
Many of the products we sell are hand-printed, and as such, often have slight blemishes or variations from the photographs on our website. Returns for minor cosmetic defects will not be accepted.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Item(s) must be returned unused and intact with original tags and/or protective packaging. Sale items are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and there are no additional shipping charges on exchanges. If you need to exchange merchandise or return damaged merchandise you must first email us at cservice@couleurnature.com or call us at 858.513.1564 or 866.623.6826 to request an RA (Return Authorization) Number.
When requesting an RA#, please include your INVOICE number, name, address, and the reason for returning. Once you receive an RA#, you must pack any items to be returned in original packaging and ship them to the following address:
