If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly exchange or refund your purchase if you place a request within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns and refunds are not applicable to outlet items; all outlet sales are final.
Requesting a Return
Making a return or exchange is easy using our online return request system:
- Sign into your account. Select “Completed Orders” in your account dashboard to find the order containing the items you would like to return.
- Click on the “Return Item(s)” button and select the items and quantity that you would like to return.
- Indicate the reason you wish to send your item(s) back. If an item is defective, please provide details. If you would like to exchange an item because the size is not right, please indicate your desired replacement size.
- If you would like us to refund the original payment method, select “Refund.” You can also receive your refund as store credit. Please note, store credit is valid for one year from issue date.
- Submit your return request. We will then send you an email containing your RMA number, which is valid for the next 14 days.You must send your unwanted items back to us within the 14-day window to obtain a refund or exchange.
Returning your purchase
- Pack all items being returned securely in the original package if possible.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment.
- Credit will be issued within one billing cycle after we receive the returned item(s).
