RETURN POLICY

 

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality customer service and are committed to offering product you will use and love forever. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. We care about your satisfaction are always here to help.


We hope you love your Couleur Nature items. If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days from receipt of product.

 

Please note we do not accept returns on final sale items. Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes up to 10 days for your refund to be credited to your bank or credit card account.

The return of the item will be at the customer’s expense unless the item was damaged upon receipt. If you need to contact Customer Service, please provide the order and tracking number in order to track your package delivery.

  • All returns must be approved by Couleur Nature’s Office.
  • Unauthorized returns will be charged a 100% restocking fee.
  • Returned backorders will be subjected to the same charges as seen above.

Couleur Nature does not automatically cancel backorders without a customer request; therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel backorders if delivery time is a factor.

 DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE CLAIMS

  1. All return merchandise requests due to miss-shipments or damages must be submitted in writing within 14 days of merchandise delivery in order to be accepted, an exchange can be processed on our returns link above.
  2. Any claim for damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to Couleur Nature within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Photographs of the damaged piece(s) must support all damage claims. You agree to save packaging materials and product.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS
